TPS Phenolic Foam Pipe Insulation

Phenolic Foam Pipe Insulation per ASTM C1126 type III are fire resistant fabricated pipe sections made of superior, rigid insulation with or without factory applied vapor retarders.

Phenolic Foam Pipe Insulation is a cost-effective choice for below ambient to cold systems that provide low thermal conductivity and enhanced fire resistance compared to other foam plastics such as XPS, EPS, and PIR.

TPS Phenolic Foam is produced and fabricated by Fujian Tenlead Advanced Material Co., LTD and imported by TPS as a finished pipe insulation in 36” lengths in various iron and copper pipe sizes.

TPS is now fabricating mitered fittings including 45-degree and 90-degree elbows and tees at both of our locations in Las Vegas, NV and Stanwood, WA. The ability to ship pipe cover and fittings on the same truck adds real value for our customers.
